Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with major organizations and make significant contributions to the field. I've developed storytelling classes for SAP and designed numerous courses for the Association for Talent Development (ATD). My work with ATD has been extensive, including creating new certificate programs and facilitating various courses for over 15 years. Beyond my project work, I'm passionate about advancing our field. I coach other facilitators and instructional designers on best practices for virtual teaching and e-learning development. My proficiency with platforms like Zoom, VideoScribe, Powtoons, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express), Captivate, and Storyline, combined with my strong writing skills, allows me to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
