Spinach & Ricotta Girasoli

My aim was to give this dish a fresh, sunny vibe reminiscent of the Amalfi Coast, Italy, which I visited last year. I used a Godox LED light to mimic sunlight and add beautiful light and shadow effects while incorporating three colours - yellow, blue, and green - that complement each other perfectly
