Fishing Heron

Mostly local adjustments in the masks, but fairly straightforward. Raised the shadows and lowered the highlights in the bird, and raised the whites in the reflection. Then lowered exposure on the water surface and background, and inverted radial gradient with lower sharpening to blur the greenery.
